We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you interact with our gyms, Site and App, book a class, purchase a membership or otherwise engage with us.
We may collect the following categories of information:
Identity & Contact - name, date of birth, postal address, email, phone number, emergency contact
Demographic - age range, gender, occupation
Health & Fitness (sensitive information) - pre‑exercise questionnaires, medical conditions, injuries, movement screening results, heart‑rate and other biometric data
Membership & Transaction - membership tier, payment history, billing details, concession status
Technical & Usage - IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, session time, App usage
Marketing Preferences - opt‑ins/opt‑outs to receive news, offers, or event information
Directly from you when you complete forms online or in‑club, make enquiries, attend classes, enter promotions, or communicate with our staff.Automatically via cookies, log files and similar technologies when you visit the Site or use the App.Third parties such as payment processors, health professionals (with your consent), or marketing/analytics providers.
You may choose to interact with us anonymously or under a pseudonym where practicable, but some services (e.g., membership) cannot be provided without identifying information (APP 2).
We use your personal information to:
register and manage memberships, bookings and payments;
design and deliver safe exercise programs tailored to you;
operate, maintain and improve our clubs, Site and App;
verify your identity and age eligibility (over 50s club);
send service communications (e.g., booking confirmations, timetable changes);

comply with legal obligations (e.g., workplace health & safety, taxation, reportable incidents);
prevent, detect and investigate misuse, fraud or security breaches.

You can opt‑out at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in a message, adjusting your App settings or contacting us.Our Site uses first‑ and third‑party cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand user behaviour and improve performance. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (see § 12). We will respond within a reasonable period and give you access unless an exception applies (APPs 12 & 13).
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge receipt, investigate and respond. If you are dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) (oaic.gov.au).
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
